Author Guidelines for Paper Submission to ICEIC 2018

Following are author instructions for submitting papers for review to ICEIC 2018.


Author Instructions and Kits

  1. The prospective authors are recommended to submit papers for the regular oral presentation or the poster presentation. The regular papers are 2~4 pages and the poster papers are 2-pages, according to the guidelines by the official website (http://www.iceic2018.org).

Initial Paper Submission

    • To create a login ID for EDAS please Here
    • User guide of EDAS : Download
    • To upload a file, all fonts including Times New Roman should be embeded in your PDF file.
      1. To embed fonts in a PDF using ACROBAT, please refer to this file.
        • Note that you should remove the fonts you need to embed from 'Never Embed' list.
      2. When you create a pdf file using Microsoft Word, please refer to the following steps.
        • Select Save as menu
        • Choose pdf (*.pdf) under Save as type dialog box
        • Click Option button
        • Choose ISO 19005-1 compliant under 'PDF option'
        • Then, click Save button
  2. The submission system assigns automatically a paper ID to each paper registration.
  3. Please make sure that your browser has cookies enabled.
